Customers can expect a selection of progressive beer styles. While we have tremendous respect for the traditional styles, our belief is that great beer does not have to fit into a category. Sourcing local ingredients whenever possible, all of our recipes are built using the finest products available.
As a complement to our beer styles Cohort also offers mead. Mead is thought to be the world's earliest fermented beverage and essentially made from honey, water, and yeast. Our craft style mead is light, carbonated and refreshing using locally sourced South Dakota Honey.
