We built Cohort to be more than a brewery—it’s your brewery, too. No distribution, no middlemen—just fresh beer, brewed in-house and poured feet from where it’s made. Our Rapid City spot feels like your neighborhood hangout, while Hill City’s all about mountain views and post-hike pints. With open tanks, open doors, and a team that brews their own creations, we’re crafting more than beer—we’re crafting experiences.
